Herbitecture experiences are designed to bring people together around remarkable food. Each gathering centers on a focused menu, thoughtful preparation, and the opportunity to experience exceptional ingredients in a relaxed and intimate setting.

Many of our events feature Japanese A5 Wagyu alongside seasonal ingredients and collaborative dishes prepared by Chef Rosen and guest chefs.

Seating is intentionally limited to preserve the experience.
